Everything
You Ever Wanted -
March 23, 2008
to Know About American Classical
Music
(JAZZ) in 89 and 1/2 minutes or less
World Premiere
a
brief description
"Playing
"bop" is like playing Scrabble with all the vowels missing."-Duke Ellington

A musical romp through the past 150 years of American music comparing
and contrasting the genesis off jazz and classical traditions, Everything You Ever
Wanted to Know is the latest creation from Harry Clark as
a gift and tribute to our special friend, Susan Claassen.
Piano duels between Tucson's favorite pianists in both idioms Jeff Haskell and
Sanda
Schuldmann will enliven the Berger stage.

About the music
As Harry is still hard at work on the script
of this book, the exact musical selections are to be determined. All
that we know for certain is that Sanda's role is to be "the
interference"!
